Your Home For Baseball Development

The Farm System Baseball Podcast was found in the Spring of 2018 by Beau Kallas and Joey Cunha. Designed with our listeners in mind, it is our goal to provide the highest level of baseball information week in and week out.

With a lot of passion and excitement, we serve to be the bridge from where you are to where you’re going. If you have any comments, questions, concerns or suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Beau Kallas

Beau played two years at Utah Valley University, competing in the WAC. After a two year stint with the Wolverines, Beau transferred to Sterling, College in Sterling, Kansas. It was at Sterling that Beau led the warriors to the 2016 Avista NAIA World Series and to a 5th place finish. Beau was named an NAIA 2nd Team All-American after leading the country with 107 hits and breaking the Sterling College career home run record. 

Beau went straight into coaching as he took an assistant job at Sterling College for the 2017 season. Following the one year stint, he accepted a graduate assistant coaching position at Southeastern University. Here he received a Masters Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Administration. Beau now resides in Orem, Utah where he helps locally with several baseball academies, as well as doing lessons.

Joey Cunha

Joey played baseball at three different levels in college; Junior College, Division One and in the NAIA. He attended The College of the Siskiyous, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Sterling College.

After College, Joey served as a Regional Manager for Planet Fitness for two years, before eventually making his way back to baseball.

Joey currently serves as the Director of Hitting/Business Development for 108 Performance in Southern California.
